Welcome to the Social Care Quality Alliance
The Social Care Quality Alliance is a group of local business from the North West that have grouped together to form a full-service that is focused on providing care services with quality services care. Each of the businesses have been vetted and can only join the alliance if recommended by someone else in the group.
After talking to care, homeowners and managers, they seemed to be getting more and more disillusioned with the lack of service and quality received from the larger suppliers in the care sector whether this is CQC CIW compliance, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, maintenance, staff training, IT provision, HR advice to name just a few. It was also felt prices didn’t reflect the economies of scale the larger provider were meant to supply.
So it was from this that the Social Care Quality Alliance (SCQA) was formed, so it is able to offer the same coverage of services for care providers but only using local businesses that have built their reputation on service, quality and value.
